Organisational culture has become a major focal point in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry in recent years. Regulatory bodies, particularly the MHRA, place increasing significance of this aspect of corporate life during inspections.
With this growing importance, this year’s training conference focuses on building a quality culture.
Some business leaders think this is easy; that it is just “who they are” but this is often not the case. Nurturing the right culture can take years of hard work and perseverance. Laying down the foundations for quality improvements needs to be both effective and sustainable; this means integrating quality into the very core of a business. Once implemented, an effective quality culture can make a huge difference to business operations. Less errors are made, productivity is heightened and, in turn, staff retention increases.
Expert guest speakers will provide you with the tools and techniques to help embed quality throughout your organisation. Working across the various GxPs, our speakers will give insights which will help promote quality across all levels. There will be opportunities to discuss inspection readiness and how best to satisfy regulatory bodies.
We will also share key regulatory updates and discuss the implications of the ongoing Brexit negotiations and what this means for quality within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
All proceeds will go to the Children’s Hospital Charity continuing our tradition of donating all funds raised from the event to this good cause. Quality Context are proud supporters of the charity and have helped raise over £70,000 in just over three years.
