Quality Context have worked extensively with one of the UKs largest pharmaceutical companies to conduct a programme of almost 20 GDP audits across Europe within a period of only a few months.

Alongside utilising exemplary auditing skills and relevant distribution and quality systems experience, this required highly effective and efficient project management skills and tracking tools to ensure that all audit arrangements were made and audits conducted and followed out to the highest of standards. Weekly progress meetings were conducted and the client kept informed of relevant audit progress at all times. A comprehensive documentation set, both paper and electronic, was presented to the client following the timely close out of these audits and assessment of CAPA responses from the sites.

The client has subsequently appointed Quality Context to conduct the far reaching global phase of these audits following successful completion of the European programme.
